ABOUT US
The Fauquier Times is a direct descendant of Warrenton’s original newspaper, the Palladium of Liberty, first published in 1817. In December 1905, the Fauquier Democrat printed its first issue, and in 1974 Arthur W. “Nick” Arundel bought the paper, renaming it the Fauquier Times-Democrat to align with the Loudoun Times-Mirror, which he also owned.
Today, the Fauquier Times and its sister publications are locally owned by Piedmont Media LLC. The Fauquier Times and Prince William Times are published weekly on Wednesdays.
Piedmont Media also produces two magazines: InFauquier, and websites Fauquier.com and Princewilliamtimes.com. You can find us on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Twitter.
