Linda Crim Mallory

Linda Crim Mallory, educator

Linda Crim Mallory, 60, of Amissville died May 5 at Fauquier Hospital. She was born June 17, 1947.

Mrs. Mallory received her bachelor's degree in elementary education from Cheyney State University. She taught for 35 years in Fauquier County, including M.M. Pierce, C.M. Bradley and W.C. Coleman elementary schools.

She is survived by her husband, Jerome Mallory of Amissville; a daughter, Jerri D. Mallory of Amissville; a son, Anwar K. Mallory of Warrenton; and three grandchildren.

A sister, Jennifer C. Couthen of Atlantic City, N.J., also survives.

The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, May 8, at Joynes Funeral Home Warrenton. Funeral services will be held at noon Friday, May 9, at Bethel Baptist Church, 705 Viewtown Road, Amissville. The Rev. Homer E. Jones will officiate and the Rev. Lemuel Montgomery will deliver the eulogy. Interment will be at the church cemetery.
