Fauquier crime log for Feb. 17 to 23

Destruction of property:

On Feb. 21, someone broke a window in the area of Brooks Store Drive and Courtneys Corner Road in Bealeton. Loss is estimated at $200.

On Feb. 22, a vehicle damaged a mailbox in the 12600 block of Bristersburg Road in Midland. Loss is estimated at $100.

On Feb. 23, a barn and out-buildings caught fire in the 2600 block of Five Points Road in Marshall. Loss estimate is unknown. Investigation continues.

On Feb. 23, a business in the 6300 block of Airlie Road in Warrenton was vandalized with spray paint. Loss is estimated at $100.


On Feb. 22, fog lamps were stolen from a vehicle in the 6100 block of Newton Lane in Bealeton. Loss is estimated at $180.
