Crime Log for Dec. 9 to 14

On Dec. 10, an unpaid tree was taken from a Christmas tree lot in the 12000 block of Marsh Rd in Bealeton. Loss is estimated at $35. .

On Dec. 12, three chainsaws, a jumping jack thumper and a chop saw were taken from unlocked business in the 3000 block of Delaplane Grade Rd. in Delaplane. Loss is estimated at $3,750. Investigation continues.

On Dec. 14, two concrete statues were taken from a residential driveway in the 6600 block of Declaration Ct. in Bealeton. Loss is estimated at $400. .

Larceny from Motor Vehicle:

On Dec. 12, an air compressor was taken from an unsecured truck bed and numerous electrical tools were also taken from a locked toolbox on the same vehicle
in the 4300 block of Lakewood Dr. in Warrenton. Loss is estimated at $1,880. Investigation continues.


On Dec. 9, numerous tools and equipment, including a generator, chainsaw, wrenches, heaters, air guns and circular saw, were taken from an unsecured garage in the 7300 block of Greenwich Rd. In Nokesville. Loss is estimated at $2,959.

Destruction of Property:

On Dec. 9, there was vehicular damage and damage to surrounding grounds of a business in the 11600 block of Luck Stone Rd. in Bealeton. Damage is estimated at $1,000.

Traffic Accidents:

On Dec. 10, one injury was reported in an accident involving one vehicle. The accident occurred in the 12000 block of James Madison Hwy.

On Dec. 11, two injuries were reported. in an accident involving four vehicles. The accident occurred near the intersection of James Madison Hwy and Lovers Lane.

On Dec. 13, an accident involving one vehicle was reported in the 6300 block of James Madison Hwy.
