For the first time this boys lacrosse season, the Highland Hawks have a three-game winning streak.

Highland defeated Seton, 9-3, on Tuesday at home in Warrenton to improve its record to 5-3 overall and 4-2 in the Delaney Athletic Conference. Nick Whitehead had five goals and an assist while Manti Batistas had two goals, six ground balls and two assists.

Adding one goal each were Austin Day, Brandon Landers and Logan Edwards. Landers also had two assists while Edwards had four ground balls and Jack Silvernale won 11 of 13 face-offs.

Adding five ground balls apiece were Logan Miller, Gus Moshos and Silvernale, while Liam Walsh had 11 saves and Sawyer Long had four.
