 A Fauquier County Grand Jury indicted 47 people on Tuesday. They are:
  • Dylan T. Andrzejewski of Warrenton on a felony count of attempt to possess heroin.

  • Dana Marie Baker of Marshall on one felony count of forging a check and one felony count of uttering a forged check.

  • Oris Alvin Barner of Front Royal on a felony count of distributing cocaine.

  • Christina Lee Benedict of Bealeton on three felony counts of uttering a forged check.

  • Brandon D. Berkebile of Warrenton on a felony count off possession of psilocyn and a felony count of manufacturing marijuana.

  • William Bezares of Centreville on a felony count of possession of cocaine.

  • Jessica Lee Blamer of Gainesville on a felony count of possession of heroin.

  • Stuart Wesley Bright of Culpeper on a felony count of felony failure to appear.

  • Wilson E. Buckingham Jr. of Warrenton on a felony count of grand larceny (more than $200).

  • Joseph Lee Burr of Warrenton on a felony count of possession of cocaine.

  • Michael Royal Freeman Jr. of Winchester on one felony count of burglary and one felony count of grand larceny.

  • Bryan Davis Godfrey of Nokesville on a felony count of DUI (3rd offense within 10 years).

  • Samantha Fay Reid of The Plains on three felony counts of forging a check; and three felony counts of uttering a forged check.

  • Rhonda Sue Rolle of Warrenton on a felony count of criminal solicitation/arson of vehicle.

  • Patricia Ann Schaff of Fairfax on three felony counts of obtaining money by false pretenses.
