A Fauquier County Grand Jury indicted 47 people on Tuesday. They are:

Dylan T. Andrzejewski of Warrenton on a felony count of attempt to possess heroin.
Dana Marie Baker of Marshall on one felony count of forging a check and one felony count of uttering a forged check.
Oris Alvin Barner of Front Royal on a felony count of distributing cocaine.
Christina Lee Benedict of Bealeton on three felony counts of uttering a forged check.
Brandon D. Berkebile of Warrenton on a felony count off possession of psilocyn and a felony count of manufacturing marijuana.
William Bezares of Centreville on a felony count of possession of cocaine.
Jessica Lee Blamer of Gainesville on a felony count of possession of heroin.
Stuart Wesley Bright of Culpeper on a felony count of felony failure to appear.
Wilson E. Buckingham Jr. of Warrenton on a felony count of grand larceny (more than $200).
