Alleged Abuse Case in Court Feb. 25
A Warrenton woman recently indicted on sex offense charges involving a minor is expected to appear in Fauquier County Circuit Court Feb. 25.According to court documents, Kimberly Dawn Inson was indicted last month on two felony counts of carnal knowledge of a child under the age of 15 but older than 13.
The indictments stemmed from alleged incidents on Dec. 20, 2008 and Jan. 18, 2009. Based upon evidence presented by a Fauquier County detective, the panel found that Inson — an adult — had carnal knowledge of the victim, but that she did so without force.
