Grand Jury Indicts 18

A Fauquier County grand jury indicted 18 people on Jan. 26. They are:
  • Jeffrey Alan Boggs of Culpeper on a felony count of grand larceny.

  • Natay Elizabeth Carter of Manassas on a felony count of possession of cocaine.

  • Nicole Rae Clegg of Warrenton on a felony count of felony hit and run; a misdemeanor count of DUI; and a misdemeanor count of driving on a suspended or revoked license.

  • James Gregory Clements of Winchester on a felony count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine.

  • Jose Grayton Duran of Marshall on a felony count of failure to appear after being charged with a felony.

  • Teresa Ann Durham of Linden on a felony count of attempted firearm possession by a convicted felon; and a felony count of making a false statement on a firearms application.

  • Larry Francis Figgins of Warrenton on a felony count of breaking and entering with intent to commit larceny.

  • Brenda J. Green of Bealeton on a felony count of possession of cocaine.

  • Tyler Benton Hughes of Midland on a felony count of DUI (3rd offense within five years); and a felony count of driving on a revoked license.

  • Kimberly Dawn Inson of Warrenton on two felony counts of carnal knowledge of a child.

  • Joey Lee Jarvis of Front Royal on two felony counts of forging a public document; and two felony counts of uttering a forged public document.

  • David Edward Monaco of Warrenton on a felony count of possession of cocaine.

  • Glen G. Morrison of Bealeton on a felony count of assault and battery on a family member (3rd/subsequent offense).

  • Brian M. Olaughlen of Catlett on three felony counts of forgery; three felony counts of uttering a forged check; and three felony counts of obtaining money (more than $200) by false pretenses.

  • Frank Anthony Rea of Sumerduck on a felony count of possession with intent to distribute marijuana; and two felony counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

  • Jeffrey Aden Scott of Front Royal on a felony count of possession of Oxycodone; and a misdemeanor count of possession of Hydrocodone.

  • David Thomas Taft of The Plains on a felony count of making a false statement on a firearms application.

  • GustavoTamayo-Vasquez of Marshall on a felony count of possession of cocaine.
