Richard, Wheat make plans to wed

Donald and Crystal Carpenter of Bealeton recently announced the engagement of their daughter, Carina Donnell Richard of Bealeton, to Stephen Michael Wheat of Warrenton, son of Morris and Elizabeth Wheat, also of Warrenton.

The bride-to-be is the business manager at the Fauquier Times-Democrat in Warrenton.

The future groom is the Web operations manager for the Times Community Newspapers.

Plans are being made for a September wedding.
