 A Fauquier County grand jury indicted 31 people on Monday. They are:
  • Colleen McDough Addison of Front Royal on a felony count of possession of Ritalin; and a felony count of prescription fraud.

  • William D. Aronhalt of Warrenton on four felony counts of uttering checks.

  • Lynn Edward Bowen II of Norton on a felony count of DUI (3rd offense within 5 years); and a felony count of driving on a suspended license.

  • Joshua Lee Bowman of no known address on a felony count of cocaine possession.

  • Tracie Lynn Carrier of Warrenton on a felony count of cocaine possession.

  • Bradford W. Cephas Jr. of Casanova on a felony count of driving after being adjudicated an habitual offender (2nd/subsequent offense).

  • Justin E. Culver of Culpeper on a felony count of breaking and entering.

  • Michael Royal Freeman Jr. of Warrenton on one felony count of forgery; and one felony count of uttering.
