Grand jury indicts 35

Accused killer Anthony James Poole was among 35 people indicted by a Fauquier County grand jury on Monday.

Poole, who is from Goldvein, was indicted on two felony counts of murder and two felony counts of the use of a firearm in the commission of murder. The charges stem from a double-shooting last September.

The others indicted by the panel were:

  • Kevin Lamont Alexander of Maurertown on a felony count of DUI (4th offense in 10 years); and a felony count of driving revoked.

  • Donald Stephenson Alsberry of Clifton on three felony counts of uttering (checks); and two felony counts of forgery (checks).

  • Quinton Lamont Alston of Fredericksburg on a felony count of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine.

  • Elaine Elizabeth Ball of Delaplane on a misdemeanor count of driving after being adjudicated an habitual offender.

  • Christopher L. Batcheler of Nokesville on a misdemeanor count of DUI (2nd offense in five years); a misdemeanor count of refusal to submit to a breath test; and a felony count of failure to appear.

  • Adam Lee Blain of Fredericksburg on a felony count of robbery.

  • Derrick William Bragg of Warrenton on three felony counts of obtaining money or signature by false pretenses.

  • Danielle Nicole Campbell of Warrenton on a felony count of failure to return property.

  • Jeffrey Scott Campbell of Lorton on on a felony count of computer solicitation of [a] child.

  • Cindy Marie Carter of Manassas on two felony counts of prescription fraud.

  • Margurite Marie Childress on a felony count of DUI (3rd offense within 10 years); and a felony count of driving revoked.

  • Halbert Clinton Copeland on a felony count of unlawful wounding.

  • Maxine Grossman-Dixon on one felony count of aggregate bad checks; and 11 misdemeanor counts of obtaining money or signature by false pretenses.

  • Joshua Raymond Fink of Bealeton on a felony count of cocaine possession.

  • Thomas Grove Frossard of Warrenton on a felony count of distribution of suboxone; and a felony count of heroin possession.

  • Lisa Marie Godfrey of Remington on a felony count of failure to appear.

  • David J. Grayson of Manassas on a felony count of felony eluding.

  • Donald Lee Hensley of Warrenton on a felony count of [being a bailee] and failing to return property; and a felony count of failure to appear.

  • Richard Craig Holmes of Bealeton on a felony count of shooting at an occupied dwelling; and a felony count of assault and batter on law enforcement

  • David Michael Huff of Locust Grove on a felony count of driving after being adjudicated an habitual offender (2nd/subsequent offense).

  • Matthew Hurst Kilby of Reva on a misdemeanor count of DUI (2nd offense in five years); and a misdemeanor count of reckless driving by speed.

  • Crystal Ann Lansdowne of Warrenton on a felony count of cocaine possession.

  • John Anthony Mancari of Marshall on a felony count of distributing marijauana.

  • Garrell D. Mullins of Stephenson on a felony count of failure to appear.

  • Joshua Ross Quillen of Nokesville on a felony count of unlawful wounding.

  • John Blas Quintanilla Jr. on a felony count of heroin possession.

  • James Michael Richardson of Nokesville on a felony count of grand larceny.

  • Matthew P. Russo of Linden on a felony count of failure to appear; and a felony count of credit card theft.

  • Richard Reid Sindelar of Fredericksburg on a felony count of prescription fraud.

  • Victor Ray Six Sr. of Spotsylvania on a felony count of driving after being adjudicated an habitual offender (2nd/subsequent offense).

  • David Thomas Taft of The Plains on one felony count of credit card theft and one felony count of credit card fraud.

  • Simuel Adam Washington of Viewtown on a felony count of possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

  • Franklin J. Webster Jr. of Catlett on a felony count of break and enter.

  • Franklin Samuel Heflin on four felony counts of forcible sodomy.

The panel also returned three sealed indictments on three felony counts of carnal knowledge of a child.
