Water service disruption: Leesburg's contractor for the Sycolin Road widening will be completing a major water-line tie-in connection from 11 p.m. on Wednesday, July 18, to 4 a.m. on Thursday, July 19.Southeast Leesburg residents can expect water-pressure fluctuations and service interruptions. The town asks residents in the Sycolin pressure zone to refrain from heavy water use (watering lawns, doing laundry or running the dishwasher) during this time.
