Guard Rail

A great young man has lost his life where people have been trying to get a guard rail put up. What is wrong with VDOT I know the budget is tight. But let me tell you if this young man could have been saved if the guard rail was there than what is the cost to someone life. I will be fighting to get this guard rail put up so that someone else doesn't have to go through with what this family just went through. I don't know if the guard rail would have saved him but looking at the curb I think it would of helped
