Thanks for the honor

We thank you for the honor of being named the 2011 Fauquier Times-Democrat Citizens of the Year.

We could not have done this without the commitment of our board, staff and volunteers. Their tireless support of our mission has enabled us to change the lives of the people we serve.

We are humbly honored with this distinguished privilege of being chosen and having our article placed on the front page. We hope that this recognition will inspire our community to continue supporting our work and mission to house the homeless, feed the hungry, and provide clothing and furniture.

We thank God for your confidence in us, and we are looking to do greater things in 2012.
