New security measures taken for Fauquier schools

Effective today, Fauquier County sherrif's deputies will patrol around schools more frequently, and make unannounced visits to schools.
Also starting today, a staff member will observe all arrivals at elementary and middle schools.
Plans are to install a video/electronic entry system at all schools that do not already have one.
