Highland School teacher wins Conservation Educator award

The John Marshall Soil & Water Conservation District gave Gary HIcklin the annual Edwin F. Gulick Conservation Educator Award. Hicklin brought his sixth-grade students at Highland School into the Trout In The Classroom program for the past four years.
