Former councilman Bob Rice dies

Bob Rice died in the evening of Oct. 18.

Rice was on the Warrenton town council from July 1986 to June 2004. He served as vice mayor the last two years of his tenure.

Viewing will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Oct. 21 at Moser's Funeral Home located at 233 Broadview Avenue in Warrenton.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Oct. 22 at Warrenton Presbyterian Church, 91 Main Street.
