"An O. Henry Christmas" brings together two heart-warming musicals based on the classic O. Henry stories, “The Gift of the Magi” and “The Last Leaf.”

The two very different tales of sacrifice and love combine to make a Christmas offering that is at the same time gentle and strong, sad and joyous, and completely right for the season.

Fauquier Community Theatre will bring the stories to life beginning at 8 p.m. Friday.

Performances are on Nov. 30-Dec. 2, Dec. 7-9, and Dec. 14-16. Friday and Saturday performances are at 8 p.m., Sundays at 2 p.m.
