Flim Flam Mom
Sarah Palin gave a nice speech last night. She said she told the Feds thanks but no thanks for the money for the bridge to nowhere. Well, not quite. She cancelled the bridge, but took the money anyway! "The money" is our money by the way. This isn't unusual. Time and again I've listened to politicians rail against big government handouts, but happily take whatever they can get. They view government not as belonging to all the people, but as their personal scam to be worked for maximum self-enrichment.
