Where are Fauquier County home prices headed?
Wow, are we riding a roller coaster: and 2010 is quickly approaching. The Federal “first-time buyer” tax credit expires in 51 days, congress has not acted on extending or expanding this special credit, and there are over 440 homes available to purchase today.
Below is a chart of the median sold price of homes in Fauquier County from 2001-2009*
