There is a event Sunday that should be a fine time. It is the Taste of Culpeper. Information “gleaned” from the net……
Seventeen local restaurants will participate in the “Taste” portion of the day, offering everything from barbecue, kabobs, cookies, and ice cream to Culpeper-bred meat, pub food, Hispanic selections, and fine dining fare.
In addition, 11 Virginia wineries will be swirling up their vintages at the Taste of Culpeper Oct. 11, offering samples to participants 21 and older. Three Virginia microbreweries — Richmond’s Legend Brewing Co., Devil’s Backbone of Nelson County and Star Hill of Crozet — will also be offering up tastes at the Taste.
Free children’s activities at the musical food and beverages event will include a moon bounce, crafts, games, and pony rides.
