Rhubarb Brown Sugar Crumble

I'll admit that I am not a fan of rhubarb. I am a strawberry kind of girl. But my husband loves rhubarb, and loves telling me stories about all the wonderful desserts his grandma would make for him with the rhubarb she grew in her garden in Denmark. But I am a loving wife. So loving, in fact, that not too long ago I spent an hour in the kitchen making a dessert (from Fine Cooking, Spring 2008) I would not eat.
And he said it was delicious. So I can make it again.
